1.1 Your continued use of the kbjili platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time. kbjili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective upon publication on the kbjili website.

1.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. kbjili will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes, where practicable, through announcements on the platform or via your registered email address or mobile number.

1.3 These Terms were last updated in January 2026. The date of most recent revision appears at the top of this document.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the kbjili platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted; (c) be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law; (d) not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law in your jurisdiction; and (e) not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of kbjili or any of its affiliated entities.

2.2 kbjili may require you to provide documentation to verify your age, identity, and residential address at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.

2.3 kbjili reserves the right to suspend access and withhold any funds pending completion of age and identity verification. Where verification confirms that a Player is under the legal age, kbjili will close the account and may retain any deposits or winnings as may be required or permitted by applicable regulations, and will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

2.4 Players who are aware that they have a gambling problem, or who have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, are prohibited from registering or using the kbjili platform. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page before proceeding.

3.1 To access the full kbjili platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address (where required), date of birth, and residential address.

3.2 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active kbjili account at any time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. kbjili uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations, including cross-referencing mobile numbers, email addresses, device fingerprints, and payment methods. Detection of a duplicate account may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kbjili login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kbjili will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

3.4 You must promptly notify kbjili's customer support team at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. kbjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.5 kbjili accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any interest therein to any other party.

4.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct when using the kbjili platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the kbjili platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origins or nature of funds;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or artificial intelligence system to access or interact with the kbjili platform or its games;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the kbjili platform for personal gain;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, matched betting using kbjili bonuses, systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without legitimate play, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profits from bonuses;
• Accessing the kbjili platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using the account of another person, whether with or without their consent;
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable through any kbjili communication channel.

4.2 kbjili reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. Winnings generated through prohibited conduct are void and will be reclaimed by kbjili.

5.1 kbjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. These methods are subject to change; please check the payments section of the kbjili platform for current options.

5.2 All financial transactions on kbjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) as the primary currency, unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the platform.

5.3 kbjili implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with PAGCOR's requirements and applicable Philippine financial regulations. Large or unusual transactions may trigger additional verification requirements, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. kbjili may file reports with relevant Philippine financial intelligence authorities where required by law.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. kbjili aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method, banking hours, and any applicable verification procedures. kbjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.5 kbjili reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your kbjili wallet if the request has not yet been processed and you wish to continue playing, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe the withdrawal is connected to prohibited conduct, a dispute, or an unresolved verification matter.

6.1 kbjili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all kbjili bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotional terms;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotional terms;
• Bonus funds expire within the validity period specified for each offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without replacement;
• kbjili reserves the right to cap maximum winnings derived from bonus funds. Where a maximum win cap applies, it will be disclosed in the specific promotional terms;
• Bonuses are available for personal use only and may not be shared, pooled, or transferred between accounts.

6.3 kbjili's VIP Loyalty Program is governed by its own separate program terms, which supplement these Terms. Participation in the VIP program is by invitation or qualification based on wagering activity, at kbjili's sole discretion.

6.4 kbjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or loyalty program benefit at any time and without prior notice, where required for operational, regulatory, or commercial reasons. No compensation will be payable for the withdrawal of a bonus offer that has not yet been claimed.

7.1 All games available on the kbjili platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

7.2 kbjili's random number generator (RNG)-based games use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and verified to produce fair, random, and statistically independent outcomes. Certification details are available upon request.

7.3 Live dealer games on kbjili are operated by third-party studio providers whose operations and game rules are independently certified. The outcome of live dealer games is determined in real time by physical processes (cards dealt, roulette wheels spun) and cannot be altered by kbjili once a game round has commenced.

7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, kbjili will use its best efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, kbjili may void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's account. kbjili is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures that are beyond its reasonable control.

7.5 In cases of dispute regarding game outcomes, the records held in kbjili's server logs shall be the primary point of reference. Where a conflict exists between what is displayed on a Player's device and the server records, the server records shall be considered definitive.

8.1 All content on the kbjili platform, including but not limited to the kbjili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of kbjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kbjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kbjili content without prior written authorisation from kbjili.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbjili, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the kbjili platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

9.2 kbjili's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the kbjili platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your kbjili account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kbjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9.4 The kbjili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kbjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

10.1 kbjili reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account with immediate effect, and to withhold or forfeit any funds held therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the VIP program;
• Operation of duplicate accounts;
• Account registration by a person below the legal age of 21;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within a reasonable period;
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• Inactive account status for a period determined by kbjili's dormancy policy.

10.2 Where kbjili closes an account for reasons other than those listed in clause 10.1 — for example, where kbjili decides to cease operating in a particular market — it will return any verified balance remaining in the account to the Player via the Player's registered payment method.

10.3 Players may voluntarily close their kbjili account at any time by contacting kbjili support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, and any active bonus funds will be forfeited.

11.1 kbjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 11.2 kbjili will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification service providers, and game providers as necessary for the operation of the kbjili platform and compliance with applicable law.

12.1 kbjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following player-protection tools are available within your kbjili account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your kbjili account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period;

13.1 kbjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the kbjili platform with an updated effective date. For material changes, kbjili will, where practicable, provide advance notice via the platform or your registered contact details.

13.2 Your continued use of the kbjili platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the kbjili platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 10.3.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute arising between you and kbjili shall first be submitted to kbjili's customer support team for informal resolution. kbjili will endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent kbjili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15.1 If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding these Terms or the kbjili platform, please contact our support team. All formal written complaints and legal correspondence should be addressed to kbjili at the following contact:

15.2 kbjili aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

15.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kbjili with respect to your use of the kbjili platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
